I just heard yesterday that this new game was being developed by the people behind Dota and the company Riot games. They are still working on the game but i think the beta is coming soon around 2009. To be honest i dont think DAL is ever coming back but now we can all start something new which is similar to the hybrid stragety style gameplay that DAL and Dota have.
