Self Harm- wither its cutting, burning, pinching, bulimia or any type of problem you are harming your body should be taken seriously.
If you by accident cut deeper then you should have and are bleeding heavily cover the wound and call 911.
DONT come to a forum and ask for help if you are bleeding, call 911 right away.
Self harm is an addiction.

Just like giving up smoking its a very hard thing to do. As a recovering student I know what its like. You have to learn to take it slow. Go to a councilor, talk your problems out. Get a live journal write down everything you feel. In recovery to this you need to throw out your razor blades, and when the temptation happens take a shower. Drink a glass of water. Play a video game. Read a book... write a poem.. DRAW. ANYTHING to get your mind off of it. Go for a walk exercise! Find a DIFFERENT way to get your emotions out. I found video games helpful for me. Everyone's different. Just make sure an adult or friend is aware of these conditions so you get help ASAP when needed.

Depression
How you know your depressed.
-Been feeling low and helpless a lot within the past week or so
-Sleep deprived or over sleeping
-Eating less or over eating
-Lethargic
-Bored
-Lazy
-Angry
-Crying a lot

If you have all of these or most of them maybe you should talk to a parent or doctor. We all panic from letting parents know or doctors because we think we can get in trouble. Don't be afraid. A doctor or parent is always willing to help =)
Sometimes therapy is perceived or medication.
Medication isn't always the best senative in my books, but whatever works for you.
The best things to get rid of depression is to release the GOOD chemicals into your brain.
You can get these after a good run or sex.

Suicide
Talk about it. If you are feeling like you want to kill yourself tell a good friend, explain to them why you do. It is good to immediately talk to an adult or someone of great value, like an older brother or sister.. aunt uncle doesn't matter. Suicide is NOT a solution but a PROBLEM. Things get tough, relationships with a boyfriend, girlfriend or parent may get abusive, emotional, straining. There is always someone who WANTS to listen. It's never the end of the world.
Make sure you let the people who love you know how you feel and get the proper help when needed.

They say getting shot in the head is the most painful, way to die. The incentive is that it lasts for less than 0.2seconds. Go figure. Long but less pain, or short but excruciating pain.
